J(o)anne Igbuwe is a visual artist, teacher and creative entrepreneur from Amsterdam. She draws inspiration from a wide variety of sources and archives, most of the time being expressed in photography, drawings, paintings or a combination of these media. Janne's research centers around themes like culture, identity and ‘colour’, themes she presents in both poetical and socially engages ways.
